Tokubetsu Honjozo

"Tokubetsu Honjozo" refers to SAKE created through a special production method and where distilled alcohol has been added to the water, rice koji, and rice, which has been milled so that 60% or less of the original grain remains.

"Tokubetsu Honjozo" will be released in the near future.
