Nuts and Bolts
Utilizing the renowned Yamada-nishiki rice that is widely regarded as the key ingredient in the highest quality SAKE, the result is the Kimibandai daiginjo–a well-crafted brew that is sure to invoke images of leaves changing colors with every sip, thanks to the strong aroma of apples conjuring the spirit of the fall harvest.
While the scent of this brew can be quite powerful, the taste and texture are, in contrast, quite smooth and light.

While this SAKE can be served anywhere between 5°C to 20°C, colder temperatures help to amplify the fruity aroma, so we suggest to serve as chilled as possible, and pair with your favorite light pasta, grilled meat, steamed vegetables or sushi dish.
