Junmai Daiginjo

 

"Junmai Daiginjo" refers to SAKE made with water, rice koji, and rice that has been polished so that 50% of less of the original grain remains.

These are considered the ideal specifications amongst all many different types of SAKE available. Many brands of "Junmai Daiginjo" have a clear taste, although there are also some whose taste is more solid.
