This is a junmai daiginjo sake made in Niigata, one of the classic homes of sake. We carefully refine our rice and then slowly ferment it at low temperatures to bring out the umami flavor to the fullest. The brilliant aroma and clean mouthfeel produce a delicious, lingering flavor. This flagship brew named after the company is one of our finest offerings.
