We partner with Farm Ichimaru in Matsukawa to obtain 100% Miyama Nishiki rice. We polish it to 39%, creating a bright bouquet and rich flavor that conveys to the drinker the passion the farmers put into this rice. We slowly and assiduously bring out the maximum flavor of the rice. This brew is carefully prepared using traditional techniques. A gorgeous aroma and clean, robust flavor in the mouth. This brew is very smooth and presents a flavor distinctive to Miyama Nishiki rice with a gentle umami flavor -- a true delicacy.

This year, we have revamped our malt room, which is responsible for the signature ingredient that dictates the final taste of the sake.

We want to continue producing sake that lives up to our vision for the best brew.
