The Fushimi region in Kyoto has played a central role in sake brewing. There, Kyohime Breweries draws on its long history of expertise to create this junmai daiginjo.

We are committed to the quality of our raw ingredients and have used here 100% Yamada Nishiki, a rice used for its affinity with the brewing process. The elegant aroma of ginjo sake is one you will not tire of, and the clean finish makes for a smooth drink. We polished Yamada Nishiki rice to a luxurious 45%.
