The Fushimi region in Kyoto has played a central role in sake brewing. There, Kyohime Breweries draws on its long history of expertise to create this junmai daiginjo.
We are committed to the quality of our raw ingredients and have used here 100% Yamada Nishiki, a rice used for its affinity with the brewing process. The elegant aroma of ginjo sake is one you will not tire of, and the clean finish makes for a smooth drink. We polished Yamada Nishiki rice to a luxurious 45%.

The Fushimi region of Kyoto is famous for its refined SAKE.
The natural waters that spring up there are used to ferment the brew.
Focusing largely on Yamada Nishiki rice, the SAKEs are brewed with a mash that is fermented slowly at low temperatures to create a fruity refined SAKE with a clean finish.
