We are committed to the quality of our raw ingredients and have used here 100% Yamada Nishiki, a rice used for its affinity with the brewing process. The elegant aroma of ginjo sake is one you will not tire of, and the clean finish makes for a smooth drink. We polished Yamada Nishiki rice to a luxurious 45%.

The natural waters that spring up there are used to ferment the brew.
Focusing largely on Yamada Nishiki rice, the sakes are brewed with a mash that is fermented slowly at low temperatures to create a fruity refined sake with a clean finish.
