Chief brewer Tajima has been recognized by Kyoto as a "master craftsman of the future", and it is under his supervision that we continue to refine our traditional techniques in an advanced, contemporary facility, all the while incorporating new approaches and the latest technology.

We wish to pair cutting-edge solutions with our brewers' talent and produce true quality sake.

The 2016 All Japan Refined Sake Appraisal Conference marked our third year in a row winning the Gold Medal, which we have now obtained a total of seventeen times.
