Brewery Information

Masukagami

Brewery located in Hokuriku

Wakamiyacho, Kamo-shi, Niigata

Founded in 1892.

Committed to cultivating the best proportions of polished rice in order to create everything from staple everyday sakes to luxurious daiginjo brews, we create crisp, flavorful, and refined sake.

Simultaneously, we continue to produce a range of exciting and creative new sakes for today’s era, such as the Kamenozoki.

The rice is finely polished in order to preserve its quality, and we use Koshi Tanrei from Niigata Prefecture, grown on proprietary and contract farms, to make sake with 100% Niigatan rice.
