Simultaneously, we continue to produce a range of exciting and creative new sakes for today’s era, such as the Kamenozoki.

The rice is finely polished in order to preserve its quality, and we use Koshi Tanrei from Niigata Prefecture, grown on proprietary and contract farms, to make sake with 100% Niigatan rice.
