Made with 100% Miyami Nishiki rice from contract farms in Matsukawa in Nagano Prefecture, with each and every grain of rice carefully grown. The brew is prepared to remove unpleasant off-tastes and create a very pure and natural flavor. The gentle aroma and taste are present from the attack. The aftertaste is excellent, with a faint flavor of rice lingering on the tongue.

Rather than increasing output, we strictly limit our production in order to remain entirely hands-on in the process and improve each step.

Our goal is to create a classic SAKE to soothe the fatigue of hardworking mountain peoples -- a brew that offers peace of mind and a gentle, pleasant taste.

This year, we have revamped our malt room, which is responsible for the signature ingredient that dictates the final taste of the SAKE.

We want to continue producing SAKE that lives up to our vision for the best brew.
