About this Products
SAKE is usually bottled at around 15% ABV.
While the Ginjo SAKE family (Daiginjo, Ginjo, Honjozo, and Futsu-shu) are fortified with distilled alcohol, the purpose is not to increase the alcohol content but to help release the complex flavors and aromas that lay dormant.

Behind a pale straw yellow façade and diaphanous scent of white peppercorn and spices reminiscent of mild curry hides a pleasantly smooth finish that offers the perfect balance of sweetness.
