The ingredients used for Komesake Center Hiramatsu brewery's TOVINTAGE Casual lay the foundation for a supremely crafted SAKE. Aged under strict temperature control for over two decades, the brewing process begins with 100% premium Omachi rice and crystal-clear water sourced from the nearby Omachi Spring, and features a special fermentation process called "tobindori," a brewing technique afforded to only the highest-quality SAKE.

TOVINTAGE Casual offers an aged appeal with its blend of 70% fermented SAKE and 30% unfermented SAKE that results in a fruity fragrance and mellow flavor. It is designated as a Daiginjo -- the highest grade of fortified SAKE -- so we are confident you will find this vintage to be a worthy addition to our Premium Set collection. Serve chilled or on the rocks for a memorable experience.
